1. I have seen guys dressed in drag at gay bars and some of them look so hot and

others it seemed like they couldn't care less about how they looked as long as they got to wear a dress and a wig. :shrug:

There should be a show, "Queer eye for the cross dresser guy"

Take it from me, It's not even good photo-editing work...the image is full of graphical artifact. Former roommate is a filmmaker and editor, new roommate is a digital artist and was my teacher in digital media in college.

Either one of them could do better work. I can't but a lot of half-decent digital artists could.

Man's face on a woman's body and head, if you care. Hence no Adam's apple. The easiest way to see it is to notice that the shading and shadows don't match going down the neck from the face into the chest.
