What is the weirdest most random memory you have?
Mine has to be when my friend Tubba (we called him that because he was large...and he didn't seem to mind) got cable in his room. This was back in the 90s and I was in elementary school. I'd spend the night on his couch in his room and we'd watch late-night HBO shows.

One was a comedy special with some woman wearing a leather jacket, I believe. I don't remember much of what she said except one line that still, to this day, cracks me up. The line was, and I'm paraphrasing here, "My vagina (she used a word we often associate with cats) is so tight - I can smoke with it!"

:o

haha

Weird, wild stuff I say. For a kid in elementary school to hear that...well, it was awesome.

3. sitting in a shopping cart at safeway
i couldn't have been much more than three or so and all i remember is that i was desperately hoping my mother wouldn't buy swiss cheese. but the reasoning behind that wish had nothing to do with me not liking it, but that she would 'win' if she bought it. i have no idea what she would win, but my little brain told me it wasn't going to be something good.

4. went camping with friends a week after HS graduation and the car was about to run out of gas
so we coasted down the mountain from our campground down to the nearest town (we had the engine turned off to save gas)

Sure, it sounds easy but this was from Balsam Mountain down to Cherokee ( a rather winding road) along a stretch of the Blue Ridge Parkway

Later that night a bear cam running buy our tent and I spent the rest of the night in the car...a 79 Plymouth Volare. Similar to this pic

5. Just a few weeks ago
I suddenly remembered the numbers from the license plate of the first car I ever owned. It kind of surprised me.

I still know my childhood telephone number, inclucing the old "exchange name" - "Clifford"

7. This must have been a dream
because it isn't possible that it actually occurred or I would have died but I distinctly remember at about age three that I was in a bed and I had a hole in the top of my head. I kept putting my finger in it and digging out something that resembled pillow stuffing.
