1. Is this another one of your joke posts?

That lineup sounds like the musical version of Two Girls and One Cup.

2. Nope...it's the real deal
I was disappointed in the Fergie performance, because of the incredible amount of hype from Rolling Stone (and elsewhere). She hits a few bad notes and seems to be reaching, in vain, for a level of power that's beyond her grasp.

5. Once you've heard the Lisa Fischer version...
...the one Martin Scorsese used in "Casino"...it's hard to muster enthusiasm for anyone else attempting it.

The song was featured in the Rolling Stones movie "Stripped," but did not appear on the CD of the same name. It is on the Japanese "Wild Horses" extended CD single (from "Stripped") and as a B-side on the British "Saint of Me" CD single.

Here is the YouTube clip (1995, Live @ the Paradiso):

She hits this big, ungodly, operatic high note, and Keith just BEAMS. She looks and sounds GREAT...like Tina Turner in her Ike-era prime...

This is one to bookmark.
