1. Arguably the best comedy series ever.
I think what really makes it stand apart is Ron Howard's dry narration and the use of flashbacks and references to prior episodes (but not in an overdone Family Guy manner).

2. The guy who plays the young son has a couple of movies out now.
Year One was funny, in a Chevy Chase sorta way. Cera has a wonderful deadpan delivery.
Arrested Development is indeed hysterical, I watched the entire series on dvd, at one sitting.

3. The greatest comedy show ever I think.
Think of a show with better writing. If you can, does that show have a better cast? They don't. Because AD is the best.
