This year, everyone gets stale brownies and 2 generic cigarettes each.

3. is this true abt the plastic roses? does anyone know???

i always wondered who bought those things, our local fishwrapper said the roses are sold to drug addicts who throw away the rose and use the tube as some sort of crack smoking device

not sure if this is true or an urban legend and don't feel like asking any of our many local crack smokers to find out...

yes, it is true. I didnt know it at first, but then I started realizing who was buying them and wondering why this obvious drug addict would buy a rose every day. Then one day a lady came in my store and bought one, then she pulled her used glass tube out of her bra and asked me to throw it away. I wouldnt touch it, and I knew without a doubt that they were really being used as crack pipes.

I stopped stocking them.

Never before have I experienced such deep, personal consideration.

Of course, I do not smoke, but I can't know how you could have so readily understood my intention to learn how to extract nicotine, a well known insecticide, from stale cigarettes for next year's wheat crop, which I plan to plant in a convenience store parking lot, in hopes of growing my own locally grown wheat that I intend to grind to make flour for my own stale brownies.
