**Positive vibes and prayers needed for theNotoriousP.I.G. and her husband**

I just got this PM from her: My husband is in the intensive care unit, in a coma and they are not sure if he will survive. He has a brain injury and they had to remove part of his skull because of swelling. He also sustained internal injuries and was brought into the ER barely alive. I am so fucking scared right now. I don't know what I'm going to do if I lose my husband. He is my life. I'm sitting here all alone, waiting for the phone to ring telling me he has died. Please send her and her beloved HerrHerr all the good vibes you can muster... This is such a scary time for them both... I will keep you updated as I hear from her. :cry: :cry:

She told me she had talked to her husband's doctor, and he told her that her husband's pupils were not reactive to light. I haven't heard anything else from her. It's almost 9 AM there now. I hope to hear from her soon... Thanks for asking.

99. This is so heartbreaking. NPIG has gone through some terrible things recently...

and she is a good person. From the pictures only, I can tell that her husband is a wonderful man. This is when cyber space gets hard...we wish there was something we could do. I am literally willing her husband to get better.

131. Shit. I should point out that people have recovered from that.

My father had a stroke in 1999. He was okay when he got to the hospital, but then the swelling put him in a coma. By the time I got there, his pupils were not reacting to light. The docs used a drug called "manitol" to reduce the cerebral swelling and he actually came out of it and was aware and responsive. Other factors made him go back into a coma and die. My point is that people can still be brought back from a nonreactive pupil condition. And my father's situation was ten years ago.

I have not heard from her directly today as yet, and yes, I'm worried. It's 6:30PM there and no word all day. However, she did say on Facebook that her sister will be arriving tomorrow, so at least she won't be alone during this. How I wish I had something more to tell all of you, but I don't.
