Anyone ever watch the Canadian TV show "Being Erica?"
If so, I would welcome your thoughts on it.

Personally, I am a fan. That being said, I can see where it might come across as a bit...um, I'm not exactly sure what adjective to use here but I'm going to go with "preachy" in a non-religious context?

I think the "lessons" are usually good ones because they tend to be positive in nature. Being positive is something I have been struggling with a lot lately. Not to be spoilery to anyone that hasn't watched, but in some ways, I am in a very similar position as the main character was in the pilot episode and I would give anything to have someone like Dr. Tom.

Anyway, your thoughts?
