3. Either or is good. I like simple better, though. Used to have a batch of them in the freezer,
but haven't been hunting them for several years now.

Didn't realize it was called "Kentucky" burgoo; I used to get mine
from a dilapidated old roadside barbecue shacks (run by a stereotypical
dilapidated 110-year-old barbecue-shack man) just SOUTH of the Kentucky
border in Tennessee.
