Things I'm learning while watching Spartacus

According to the disclaimer at the beginning of the show, and I paraphrase, There is much historical accuracy...

I take this to mean that the Brazilian treatment of pubic hair is much older than I had previously thought. Could this mean that the Earth is actually older than 6,000 years?

I watched the 1st episode on Netflix - I was quite entertained. I also had no idea that barbarian chicks were so freakishly hot... :9
