ended a relationship this weekend

.. and I'm not doing too hot. I don't post as much as some, but I feel safe here. I'll spare too many details... I'll just say that I'm broken hearted and my self esteem is in the tank, but what's killing me the most right now, and I can barely even stand it, is knowing that I broke his heart... it hurts me that I hurt him. it's all just really raw right now.

I read this poem about 10 yrs ago, and it about sums it up:

Not sleeping much and can barely eat. Trying to put on a brave face at work took about every once of energy I had.

Just another stranger here , but I am sorry for all this hurt in your life right now, and hope and pray that you'll start feeling better soon. And as far as I'm concerned , and I'm guessing everyone else who reads this too,you have NO need whatsoever to apologize. NONE. Many if not most of us have been where you are .I sure as hell have. I don't know you, but I care. I hope that means even a little something.

I thought I was going to be doing that soon. Things seem to be doing better for me now, but we're not out of the woods.
