thawing the bread
So my better half is upset with me this afternoon for failing to remember to take a loaf of bread out of the freezer and place it in the bread box to thaw (which meant she only had one piece of bread to make lunch for her and our sons). What's a guy to do???

1. sliced? that is what toasters are for
full loaf? wrap in foil and stick in the oven for a little while - hell, depending on type might not even need foil

say you are sorry and move on

5. Bingo,
especially the toaster aspect, and never use the microwave...if you do, only nuke it for 5-7 seconds, otherwise you got hard bread.

2. Do you have a microwave? That will instantly solve your problem.
Nuke for 5 seconds and the slice of bread will be thawed.

3. That reminded me of the "Me, Myself & Irene" outtake - "warming the watermellon"
I'm not sure why. Perhaps it has been too long since I saw that movie.

4. The same thing a guy is always supposed to do:
apologize, and then go outside and mow the lawn or something. :)

6. 'Preciate the replies
I think the bread was just the "straw that broke the camel's back" so to speak.... :)

All was well in the RT household last night and this morning. Cheers!
