Had my yearly checkup today at the doctor's office.

I'm doing great except for my winter-weight gain.

I am 6 feet tall, and now I went over 200 pounds.
201, to be exact.

I need to exercize more.

1. I have mine in a couple of weeks. I'm 5'8" and weigh about 190, the same as a year ago.

The funny thing is that at age 57 I wear the same waist size as I did when I graduated high school and weighed 155. Odd thing is though, I've gotten shorter, but then I don't wear bell-bottom jeans that drag on the ground anymore either.

2. just had mine and everything was good

except my triglycerides, which last year, I'd gotten down to normal, were high.

Have to cut all the cheese out of my diet - I've already switched from white to brown rice and started eating some tofu.

My HDL is also low, but that's nothing new, and I don't know how much I can change that.
