I can understand... work can be tough, so can life.

Just know there are people around you can talk to online and offline (at least I hope there are people offline) ... and do talk it through with people who you can speak with freely.

Take care of yourself, otherwise if others are depending on you then if you don't take care of yourself then you won't be there for them.
