to the RA about the vandalism on your door? What if you called building services or whoever really concerned lest your security deposit be charged for this damage? Is there someone in the dean's office whose job is to ensure your college has a reputation as a liberal, open minded institution? What about the campus cops - they might be your best friends (or worst enemies).

Time to get creative and lay some hurt on whoever did this. The best way to do it is to get the attention of someone in authority with the suggestion that this might end up costing the school money, even if it's only by harming recruiting.
