What's the name of the website(s) where you can go and rate companies on their stuff like customer satisfaction and quality of merchanise?

3. That's where it was supposed to go.

I need to go to the place on the web where people rate companies and say good...or BAD things about their merchandise, customer service, etc.

I put up the link to the pet section so y'all could see why I'ma need to complain. :grr:

Cats are playing on it, but they'd be happier if they had more space.
The cat tree is poorly designed and needs to be at least 25% bigger.
At least, that's MY not-so-humble opinion...:shrug:

I just didn't like their attitude. Their return policy seems to preclude ANY need to pay attention to customer satisfaction, and I rather resent that.
