Help! I need some research assistance from New York City DUer's

I'm writing my senior history thesis on anti-Semitism in the US during the inter-war years. One aspect that I'm researching is Henry Ford.

One article that I need comes from The Jewish Tribune and Hebrew Standard, a weekly journal published in NYC. The specific article is entitled "The Poisoned Henry Ford" by Rosika Schwimmer, the woman who talked Ford into undertaking his failed "peace ship" mission in 1915. In this article, which is published in the December 5, 1924 issue(this might be a little off, my source for this information can be a bit shaky on dates), Schwimmer describes her encounter with Ford, a crucial piece of information.

My local large university library only has microfilmed copies from 1927 on up, useless to me. I've emailed a couple of other colleges to see if they would run off a copy of the article from their collections, but that is a dicey prospect at best.

However the New York City Public Library has what I need. The trouble is I'm 1,100 miles away in Missouri, and I would like to have this info in the next week or two. What I am asking is if, for a modest fee, somebody in NYC would be willing to go to the library and get me a copy of this article. I'm a poor college student, so couldn't afford much, but I could cover any travel, copying, mailing fees plus a modest stipend. Heck, if you wanted to scan a copy and email it to me, that would work as well. I would also be eternally grateful.
