Mylar ballooons suck and should be outlawed. Five saggy ones are stuck in a tree outside my window

and will probably be there for years. Every once in a while one catches the sun and blinds me. This... sucks.

More and more people are getting latex allergies these days and I'm afraid to say both my sons are allergic to this said substance.

This means that if we go to any parties or celebrations if there are latex balloons there we have to keep the kids away from them, which is an awful thing to do when you've got a young child totally fascinated in the balloon and wanting to have it and play with it knowing that if they do so your next trip may be to the local ER.

So sorry guys, those foil mylar balloons are the ONLY balloons I will purchase, because they are latex free. Same reason why I will not purchase Band Aid brand plasters... their adhesive has latex in it. Fortunately the cheaper store brands tend to be latex free.
