Even with best intentions, sometimes I don't get to my bookmarked

postings for a while. Just spent ages cleaning house. I can't believe I let that go so long. Some I remembered, some not and some I ignored and deleted without reading.

Typically I find something I want to follow but do not have time. Good intentions but I guess I should better plan my time. Missed some good info.

When did you last read and clean out your bookmarks? Do you keep them forever?

and have been pissed in the past when I've lost bookmark files due to software crashes. Luckily that hasn't happened for a few years and I regularly back up the files now.

There's no need to toss out files usually, since dead links are often retrieved through the Wayback machine over at the Internet Archive :D
