6. I smell set-up

The writer is adroit, using "idoit" so consistently, but identifying the mayor San Francisco by a nearly correct spelling of his name? Suspicious. Also, despite hating "Rick" and his station, the writer also seems pretty familiar with Rick's work and the station's playlist. The spelling on "basterd" is the giveaway, methinks.

Not to say it isn't funny, but I don't think it's authentic Midwest gibberish.
