Does your regular speaking voice sound like that of any famous person?
On several occasions I've been told I sound just like Frank Zappa.

Any DUers who've met me can chime in and confirm or deny. I don't hear the similarity myself.

12. Once when I had an awful cold with laryngitis,
a sweet young saleslady told me I sounded like Colleen Dewhurst.
(For those of you too young to know who Colleen Dewhurst is, imagine Kathleen Turner, only even deeper and huskier.)
Unfortunately , the cold went away.

15. No, but I am a good mimic. I think it's because I'm good with languages and have a strong ear for
accents, speech patterns and usage quirks.

18. When I wake up in the morning, I sound like Jeremy Irons, only without the British accent.
As the day wears on, I sound more and more like Jim Morrison. It's fun being a baritone. I had a squeaky, high-pitched voice until I was a junior in high school...
