Does a good indoor kitty dirt bath exist?

Tippy Kitty was originally an outdoor kitty, and she still likes to sneak out the door as it opens- usually all she wants is to take a nice dirt bath, but she's gotten as far as the third story roof before. When she decides to explore, she's too quick to easily track down, so I thought I'd meet her halfway if I could.

If a good commercial product exists I'd go for it, for her sake. Does such a thing exist?
