it's depressing but i don't think it has ever been or could be otherwise. I guess something must have originally appealed to you about the person and you are disillusioned. You should be. Good on you for maintaining your integrity though, and dismissing him. That's all you can do really, maintain your own integrity, and decline to compromise it.

I've received messages such as this before and simply ignored them...so I don't remember him at all.

I've met men with sordid pasts...and it seems that the older they get...the dirtier they become....
It's disheartening to say the least.
But I know they're out there...We all know.
