Roasting a turkey for April 15th Tax festival Thursday.

We found frozen turkeys for a very low price a few weeks before Thanksgiving last year, so I bought 3 of them. We are using the last one Thursday, and will make it a celebration of Income Tax Day. I will make the stuffing and we will have broccoli and cranberry sauce, too.

Anyone else planning an income tax day party?
