Bond 23 is dead
Dammit!

Due to the continuing uncertainty surrounding the future of MGM and the failure to close a sale of the studio, we have suspended development on ‘Bond 23′ indefinitely. We do not know when development will resume and do not have a date for the release of ‘Bond 23.’

1. Oh man...
I was just wondering, last night, when a new Bond flick would come out.

:-(

2. That's too bad. I didn't really like Quantum of Solace, but
do like Craig as Bond and certainly would have checked out another movie ... hmmm.

3. It wasn't as good as Casino Royale
but it's still better than most Bond films. Casino Royale set expectations pretty high so I expected a bit of a sophomore slump. I hope Craig is still available when this is all sorted out.

5. Naturally. They make my favorite Bond film ever, so they have to kill the franchise now.
Maybe they'll get everything straightened out in time for Justin Bieber to play Bond.

6. If the franchise can survive Octopussy and View to a Kill, I'm optimistic that it can survive this

7. Don't forget MoonRaker, the most offensive of all
Product placement gone berserk and the god damn henchman gets laid?!!

Only thing good about it was the final line. And really it was just a cheap dirty joke.

But I did love Roger Moore in ffolkes which nobody saw.

9. For some messed up reason, Goldfinger usually gets 4 stars.
Horrible.

I liked the scene in the lab when one of the scientists knocked the test tube off the table, releasing the nerve gas. That freaked me out when I was little.

11. My concern is that by the time this is resolved
we will be casting a new 007.
