Our lot is 50 x150, but the lawn area is about a fourth of that. He/she can use our mower and gas.
Mr. cmd and I have to start acting our age.

1. This question was EXHAUSTIVELY covered...
.
...about a week or so ago here (maybe someone could link you
to it -- I'm ignant of that process).
.
The OP suggested $20, but I forget what size lot they had. I
would have done it for $20 -- but others said up to $40. One
said something along the lines of it being entirely dependent
on how much YOU made in income -- made me think if you
pulled in $800k a year, you should probably pay someone
$1500 to mow it).
.
Um... if you are in that bracket and feel the same... I'd like
to be the first to apply for the job. I'll even pay travel expenses.
.
Can someone link that thread to here, please?
.

5. I apologize for missing the thread
I doubt you would want to make the trip to mow our lawn. We just scrape by on our pensions.

3. I'd think $10 should be sufficient. If it's just mowing and they are using your gas and equipment,

and with the smaller size of your lot, I'd think they'd be done in less than an hour.

edited to add: My son used to mow a lot of grass when he was 13-16. He used our lawn tractor, mower, trailer and trimmer to do the work which really makes a difference in cost/pay factor.

4. $20. Mowing has a certain danger factor even with a small lawn. Also get a push mower

so you don't have to have stinky gasoline cans around.
