I hope you all have a better evening then me - my car was just rearended
I wasn't even driving it. I was sitting at home in my living room reading and enjoying the evening and BOOM - 2 loud crashes. The driver managed not only to sideswipe one neighbors card but then he rambarrelled into a tree nearby pushing my neighbor's Ford Explorer into my poor Corrolla. Obviously my trunk crumpled

6. I live in the city and park on the street
No more new cars for me. Fortunately I work in the city and can take the bus to work although the driver's insurance will pay for the rental

The GREAT thing about it is that nobody was IN
the car at the time and thus nobody got hurt
(don't know about the person responsible, though).
.
I hope it's at least functional until you can
get it repaired/replaced if you really need it
to get around.
