a young man is a wheelchair? I swear, many of us have no humanity left.

I went to the nursery to pick up some plants. Coming home, got caught up in school traffic. I was about 3rd in line at a red light to turn right, 2 lane section of road. No-one moved even thought we are a right on red state. There was a young man in a wheelchair trying to cross the street in what would have been our right turn. Our side did not move. The ding-dong coming from the street where this kid was trying to cross, drove around him as he slowly moved forward. It was an awkward maneuver, I could see heads shaking in front and beside me as we all watched.

What is so important to put the life of that young man in danger. The driver zipped around the boy and sped off.
