Some friends are Pains in the ....stuff
Just found out that 1 friend had surgery for a hernia she developed when she had surgery to remove a tumor.

And I found it out from another friend who has been in the hospital for almost a month because of dangerously low white blood cell count.

Friends. Bah. :P

2. Because we live in different states we don't get to talk much, but...
You'd think that somewhere in the 4 weeks she's been in the hospital she might had time to make a phone call. (Selfish, I know, but I didn't even find out from her.)

4. I think hospitals are for people and their closest family (however you define family).
I don't feel bad I didn't know my pal was in the hospital..I was just glad I found out while I could still support her.
