French Dips for lunch today


No, not THAT French Dip!

Sourdough Sandwich roll...Italian Style Roast Beef...Au Jus (Beef bouillon at twice strength, small piece of bacon)....Beaver Brand Cream Horseradish sauce

We're good!

4. Have you ever made your own Horseradish sauce?
one part sour cream
one part mayo
and
one part fresh grated or drained jar Horseradish

mix, cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.

I love it on thin sliced grilled London Broil and a crusty Kaiser roll.

I will try your dip the next time we have it. Bacon makes everything better!

5. Grate your own horseradish just once, and nothing from a jar ...
...will ever quite suffice anymore.

I live near Chicago. We do Italian Beef instead of the French Dip, and yea verily, It Is Good.
