1. Makes about as much sense as playing the Superbowl in Turkmenistan.
The US doesn't like soccer. And that's pretty much all there is to say about it. FIFA et al would be STOOPIT to have their ultimate event here again. Not to mention the airport harassment that any visiting fans could expect.

7. The best way to bring the Cup here is
to schedule a home friendly against whichever country wins it, and hope they bring it with them. :(
