I am beyond pissed off. That blog is linked to her facebook and everyone knows I dated her.

If you look back on exes, the ones who were dirtbags, or even mildly so, were the easiest ones to escape. For me, anyway. :)

I dated a girl with borderline personality disorder once when I was in college. Now I know that if someone tells you that everyone hates them and mistreats them for no reason at all, including their ex (so you better be really nice to them not like all those other mean people), then maybe it's time to look for someone else.

Work on yours toward her. Living happily (and disengaged from pettiness) is the best revenge.

Especially since the ex-gf's lack of apathy speaks volumes. If she had moved-on and didn't care, she wouldn't have posted the blog. She may not want you back (and if she did, you should run away), but she's not got resolution or closure...I know because when I was about your age I did the same things she's doing now. She hopes to provoke a response...she wants to not be the only one who has not moved on from your thing together. Don't give her the satisfaction, Lightning.

After awhile you just don't care. Hate eventually becomes indifference if you are to truly heal. It may seem impossible at the moment, and there may be a whole lot of unpleasantness in between, but gradually the indifference, the apathy, toward the person who hurt you will evolve.

But for now, while everything is still so raw, know this: Time wounds all heels...
