Ok, A lot of people are going to die on the island tonight... here's my prediction on the order in which that happens.

1. Hurley (killed by Ben)
2. Ben (killed by Desmond)
3. Sawyer (killed by Kate)
4. Kate (killed by Claire)
5. Claire (killed by Jack)
6. Man in Black/John Locke (killed by Jack)

Jack does not die. Desmond disappears from the island.
