My weekend in Cincinnati

8 1/2 hour drive with my folks, my wife, and Josie from western Va.
Speeding ticket on the WV turnpike (he hid in the shadows)
rehearsal dinner at Bootsy Collins theme restaurant

Cinderella carriage ride with Josie. We went in to "the castle" --Cinci City Hall that has tunnel entrances into a central area (Josie was on cloud 9)

kicked out of Fountain Square at 5 am (pre-run coffee and smoke) the public park is CLOSED from 3-6 AM

discovered open service bay entrance to the Great American Ballpark for a 5k race that finished at home pleate(Reds field) stood on warning track in centerfield (forgot to take a picture). Went across 4 bridges in about 5 miles (Ohio to Ky to Ohio to Ky to Ohio).

museum trip to see dinosaurs (NOT the "Creation museum in Kentucky")

Reception at a historic Music Hall in "the hood"

Josie was the hit of the evening. She danced all night.

drunken recent law school grads dance off --- need I say more?

Josie spent the night with my folks in the other part of the suite.
didn't notice that the massive rainstorm the next morning ;-)

9 1/2 hours door-to-door from Hilton in downtown Cinci to Richmond (with a massive 1 hour traffic jam on the WV turnpike).
