Cops: Siblings brawl over butter in mac and cheese

Is this considered a lounge related crime?

An argument over butter in a macaroni and cheese recipe churned into violence between a brother and sister. A 21-year-old man called police June 6 to say his 17-year-old sister tried to cut his neck with the serrated edge of a spatula.

The police report said the sister was making macaroni and cheese when her brother asked if she was using butter. That led to an argument over the difference between butter and margarine. And, then butter battle escalated.

The Wenatchee World reported the girl was charged in Douglas County Superior Court with fourth-degree assault.

4. I was mixing cake batter once as a teen. My sister kept dipping a clean finger

into the batter and eating the cakemix. When she got to finger #10 I poured the whole cake mix over her head. LOL!

6. I learned a long time ago to just ignore people even my own family

If she was making the mac and cheese it's her call on whether to use butter or margarine. If he doesn't like it, tough shit...he can make his own. Just tell him that. No need to put spatula to his throat. I haven't learned much in my life experiences but I can die having gained this little gem of wisdom. "If I'm cooking it, you can either eat it or not. But don't complain about it because I don't care."
