While making Rubens last night and I discovered there was not enough TI dressing.

I also learned via the internet that TI dressing is very easy to make.

In fact, I'll probably never buy TI dressing again.

1 cup of mayo
1 TB of Ketchup
1 TB of Relish
1 Hard boiled egg - chopped

(the egg probably isn't even needed)

The Rubens were de-Lish btw

and...to think...I hated sauerkraut when I was a kid.

Oh to lament for the wasted years. :rofl:
