And, even better, I have perfect containers in which to store and transport them. (Plastic, lidded boxes with shallow egg-shaped hollows to hold the little beauties still while they travel.) I don't know what came first, actually, my love for deviled eggs or the fact that I own these containers.
That carved watermelon is fantastic, Parche!

16. Falafel.
I always like to make sure there is something non-salad that is vegan because I know how hard it is for me as an organic vegetarian and empathize with the vegans. It's yummy, it's vegan and organic and I know how to make it from scratch. Grandma taught me how.
