What's for supper?
My nephew's visiting, so I'm making having Swiss steak, mashed potatoes, red-cabbage cole slaw, fruit salad, hard rolls and sweet tea.

unless it storms and really cools off, then might consider baking a frozen lasagna, but not at this point with it being 93 F in the house ugh

new recipe for us. It's ok, but needs some serious tweaking.

Way too many bits of bell pepper and not enough of...something.

Well, the wife is a good cook, I'm sure she can improve it. :)

8. Roasted vegetables, cucumber, onion and radish salad
and vegetable pasta with olive oi and garlic, oh and cantaloupe slices. It was good.
