2. Not everybody and not always.

I'm a profoundly imperfect person, and probably have stabbed a few people in the back in my life, but it's been a long time, and I have been trying my best to live my life as a person that will never do that again.
And I think there are many many much better people than I out there that never have done that. And I've recovered every time someone did that to me. I don't know what else to say, and hope to god that nothing I'm saying is making anything worse, but I truly believe that lots and lots of people will never do this to you or anyone else. Just my unprovable belief...

I'm sorry to hear that. You seem a decent fellah and I doubt you deserve whatever shit you're having to deal with.

I can only speak from my experience and hope it will mirror yours. I've never been taken advantage of or abandoned by a truly evil person. I don't think anybody that ever hurt me ever set out to do so deliberately. They were just human. They may have been inept, or ignorant, or untrue to themselves, but they weren't evil.

We don't know each other, but I think you'll be all right if you give it time. Do something nice for yourself and if it gets too tough, there's help if you need it.
