how to use touchpad (specifically volume control)
(I have posted this in the computer forum also, but I figure most everybody knows how to do this - except me ):dunce:

Probably a simple question for those that have been using laptops/netbooks. Let's say you are in youtube and want to increase or decrease the volume. I can't for the life of me figure it out and haven't found instructions to do this tiny function. (I am used to using a mouse).

thank you in advance for help with this.

3. You can up the volume 2 ways
There should be a little speaker-like icon on your keyboard. Mine is on the top row. Press on that it will give you the option to turn it up or down.

As for YouTube videos you'll see a similar speaker-like icon. You can also turn that up or down. You therefor have the option to turn up both. Sometimes my desktop volume is set fine but the video volume is low. Or vice-versa. If the video isn't loud enough check one or the other or both.

Oh, and make sure your mute button isn't on. I hope this helps. I'm the same way about these types of things so I can sympathize. :-)
