19. Mac salad may have factored into that as well
the classic Hawai'i plate lunch, which may or may not include Spam, also features a glop of elbow macaroni cooked to within an inch of its life, then drowned in mayo. :puke:

11. No not Spam, Isley's made Chipped Chopped ham,
I don't know if Isley's exists anymore but you can still get chipped chopped ham.

Love the stuff.

Plain bologna fried in BBQ sauce is good.

Our deli used to carry something they called Polish loaf that was spicier than bologna, milder than salami and had a lot of garlic in it. I loved that with lettuce and tomato on rye, but they stopped carrying it and I cannot find it anywhere.
