I got "credits" to play games on Facebook, how do I use them?

I play one of the Zynga games and got 12 FB credits (about $1.20, I guess). But when I try and redeem them for 60 Zynga cash, FB wants to charge me the entire $5 instead of $3.80. So there sit my 12 credits, looking like the useless shit they probably are. Has anyone had any luck redeeming these?

rare animals with facebook credits,,,tho I don't think those animals are worth even facebook credits!

2. Yeah,

It might depend on the game though. In Frontierville you click the "Get Horseshoes" tab (or whatever the kind of game money is called), select how many you want (usually less than $2 or whatever you got free from Facebook); then under #3 you Select Payment Method: Facebook. Hit continue. You'll get a pop-up window confirming how many horseshoes you're buying. Hit continue again. Purchase successful. You should be able to at least redeem that at the $1 level but I think that's the lowest denomination in most games.

3. Look in every nook and cranny at the purchase screen.

There may be some sort of redeem coupon or redeem credits somewhere, but it is usually hidden. I am not sure about FB games, but I have had this problem with other sites where I am supposed to get some sort of credit. I just hate credits, rebates, bonus cash good for 2 days, or whatever they want to give me that I have to work for!
