Photo of the Day: Poutine Burger from Grange Kitchen & Bar in Ann Arbor, MI

Posted by Robyn Lee, August 9, 2010 at 4:00 PM

Last month Jessica Webster of AnnArbor.com did a roundup of her favorite burgers in Ann Arbor, including the Poutine Burger from Grange Kitchen & Bar. Fried potato sticks, cheese curds, and gravy on a burger—why didn't I think of that? (Maybe I can get Kenji to make me one.) Anyone try a poutine burger before?

1. sounds ok to me
as long as the bun doesn't get too soggy from the gravy
beats the hell out of that macaroni and cheese pancake sandwich you or somebody posted the other day:puke:

3. Never had it, but poutine looks good good good...

...and brown gravy on french fries was standard yummalicious diner fare in Michigan.

That poutine burger makes me think I would levitate in the air while rubbing my tummy
and making MMMMM-MMMMM-MMMMM sounds.
.
.
Who WAS the dog that used to do that for dogbiscuits in a cartoon, anyway?

7. I always call poutine "fat cubed". Now I don't know what to call that.
