Why do people with handicapped tags and plates
drive like they're handicapped?

I mean, really, you see a wheelchair on a plate or that blue placard hanging from the mirror and you KNOW the car will end up in front of you going 40 mph under the speed limit, in the wrong lane.

All handicapped people can't POSSIBLY have crippled right feet and poor reflexes! What's this all about?

(BTW, this is extremely tounge-in-cheek, as I HAVE one of those blue placards myself... but my reflexes are fine!)
