How many apartments/houses have you lived in post 17
I guess we can count college/university dorm rooms.
I've lived in eight, I moved in to my eighth yesterday.

One college dorm in Moncton New Brunswick
One Campus apartment in Trois Rivereis Quebec
Two Apartments in Woodstock New Brunswick (One shitty, one awsome)
One on Gabriola Island (Basement suite)
One in Crowsnest Pass Alberta (Disgusting mice infested top floor of a house)
One just renting a room in the town I live in now.
The one I just moved into this weekend. Bottom floor building..buy the river. :-)

You?

1986-2002: My parents house in West Palm Beach
2002-2003: Academic Village dormatory at UCF
2003-Present: College Station apartments

College Station is a roach motel if you've ever seen one btw.

8. HEY
I resemble that remark.

I graduated from A&M and while College Station isn't the most happenin' place on the planet, I had five years of VERY good times there. Very good indeed.

Relax and enjoy yourself. Don't let the conservative thugs get to ya. This is your liberal training ground, my man. I credit A&M with bringing out my Inner Liberal. I was in Aggies Against Bonfire and when we demonstrated, our signs were ripped from our hands and we were beaten with the wooden sticks and spit upon and kicked. And I was just a little 110 pound 18 year old girl.

It ain't so bad.

23. I don't know if we're talking about the same College Station...
mine is located in Orlando, Florida. I don't know of any A&M schools near here.

It would be an amazing coincidence if we are talking about the same place though. :)

For me it's something like 15 or 16 places of residence. I need some effing stability, dammit!

and I think I forgot a couple. I know I've forgotten the street names of a number of them.

I lived in Austin for 8 weeks and that was the shortest time I ever lived in any one place. Funny thing is, I was transferred to Austin and then transferred by the same company to Dallas 8 weeks later. The company paid for both moves and bought me out of the lease in Austin.

The longest I ever lived in one place was in a house in Dallas where I lived for 3 years.

I hate moving.

37. 24
24 different residences since 1975.

The longest period of time was a house in Texas we lived in for 5 years.

The shortest was the dorm-type barracks room that I lived in when stationed at North Island for the last two months of my Navy stint.

Do homeless shelters count?
What about hemelss stints?
Girlfriends apartments when otherwise homeless?
Any time limit, so long as mail sent there and all of belongings there?

House I grew up in
homeless
girlfriends apartment
her bestfriends apartment
house with ex-girlfriends best friend
apartment with girl friend
renisance festival fair grounds
apartment

Nope, and that's just 17 through 19.

14 years later ... I've moved 5 times in the last four years.

The list is too long. Probably 45 locations and 30 legal adresses where I could receive mail.

My parents moved into the house I grew up in 3 weeks before I was born and still live there. That's where I lived up til the time I left for college.

Then there were 3 different dorm rooms at Texas Tech.
Then back with my parents for a little over a year while I finished up at East Texas State.
Then 3 different apartments here in Austin - came here for grad school and got stuck here. :)

46. More than I would like
I lived in three different college dorm rooms during my academic years at college (The last two years I had the same room but I still had to move my stuff during the summer).
One summer campus dorm room.
One apartment during one summer in college, low income housing (not officially but the rent was low and it was a not so nice complex).
One duplex in my college town after graduation.
My current duplex in the town where I work.
I lived with my dad during my last year of high school and freshman-sophomore year summer as well.
