It's the '60s and free love is in the air.

In last night's episode of AMC's "Mad Men" the sexual revolution spilled out of the Yippie cafes and right into Don Draper's office - literally almost knocking the creative guru on the noggin with an Art Deco desk ornament.

In the 9-to-5 world of Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce, most characters believe the road to happiness lies somewhere between love, marriage, and maybe a child or two. But as the '60s rage on, and a cultural shift takes place, it seems no one is safe from the wave of liberation sweeping the country.

During a research focus group for Pond's Cold Cream, the subjects - the young female secretaries of SCDP - have a collaborative meltdown, right there in the conference room.

Apparently, speaking frankly about their desires and needs is too sensitive for this group of subservient women, especially right in the vortex of groping executives.
