Having made the same type of decision two years ago, I've enjoyed following his decision to strike out on his own and make a big change in his life. I find his posts inspiring and I love reading the behind-the-scenes stuff about trucking (I love behind-the-scenes stuff, no matter what it is). I always click on his threads and always learn something new. Keep on truckin' Tobin! :hi:

Nuclear Unicorn - so young and idealistic; so damned intelligent - I hope you don't get too burned out by all the infighting and hypocrisy that is, unfortunately, a part of liberal politics.

seabeyond - who doesn't give a rat's ass about punctuation or grammar, she just types it as she thinks it, honest and unfiltered. I think she's really wise and I wish I could be more like her in lots of ways.

tango-tee - who listened to my sad tales and gave me helpful advice when I really needed it. And she prayed for me, 'cause I wanted her to, even though she isn't the praying type.


It lifts my spirits just knowing that there are women like these in the world.

I love the stuff here on music. I love voting in polls, no matter how crazy they are. Many posts here make me laugh. So, sorry I can't be specific on any one poster. But I enjoy reading here and always find it informative and entertaining!

Nice, nice, nice. Questionable taste in who they find interesting, but nice nevertheless.

but I really like almost everybody on DU past and present. Most people have at least SOMETHING going for them, even the quiet listener/readers that don't post much. So if you don't ever get mentioned in a popularity poll or if you never have anybody ever say anything nice about you this is for you!:toast:

And I don't mean this as a cut down on the more prolific or obvious posters that are so easy to say nice things about because they are so nice or funny themselves - just wanted to acknowledge that everybody has a contribution in their own way.
