My email lists have been snatched...should I do something?

Around 5 pm today, I got about 10 notices from postmaster@mail.hotmail.com that emails that "I" sent had bounced back. The email that was sent from my account was directed to federalstudentaidfafsa@cpsemail.ed.gov, and included cc's to a good number of people in my email lists. Many of those are old accounts that I haven't emailed in years.

At the bottom of the email sent out was a link to (I took out the http and the first letter, 'a', just so no one accidentally links to this :

So I must have some sort of a computer bug........gee, thanks Norton. Wish I'd had time to change back to McAffee.

But does anyone know, is there anyone to report this kind of stuff too?
Do I need to now close out or inactivate this email address that I've used for 7 years? Sheesh, I'd hate to do that.

Any advice?

Nor read them. Well I read them, but don't give them much creditably.


I don't even use the phone, since even that, you really don't know who you are talking to.

Email has a presumption that you are sending to a certain person, or getting mail from a person, but the system makes that a bad assumption to make.

So I don't use email.
