What's for breakfast, Lizards?
I just had a hardboiled egg, a wedge of brie and an apple, and I'm on my second cup of tea.
(My version of Atkins.)

What's good?

1. pancakes
With blueberry preserves heated up with the maple syrup and GOBS of butter.

And actually for me it's dinner.

I'm going to have to make sure the dog runs me around the neighborhood at double-time for at least an hour to get the pancakes off my butt afterwards, but it'll be worth it.

5. Coffee... and I'm nibbling on my lunch...
.
.
.
.
.
...rice cooked with sodium-free chicken broth and cayenne, balsamic vinegar,
green peas, and a LITTLE bit of ground beef. Grazing on it plain now... will
probably add a tablespoon or two of French dressing w/bacon for the lunch role
it will play (that's IF I can stop grazing on it).
.
And a BIG glass of seltzer water w/raspberry flavoring (sodium-and-carb-free).
I DO love and rely on those "scrubbin' bubbles".

7. FF/SF Blueberry yogurt, turkey bacon & half a grapefruit
Oh, and coffee.

Still hungry for some reason this morning and am thinking of my lunch (sun-dried tomato hummus on multi-grain pita chips and some melon slices) with much lust.

A typical Japanese breakfast. Rice, Soft runny Eggs over Natto, with soy sauce and a tiny bit of Chinese mustard. YuM! A little Miso soup on the side.
