So I totally just forged a soccer roster for tomorrow's game
I don't mean to brag, but I am the coach of a youth soccer team with some mad forgery skills.

My team's roster is needed at every game. Has to have the league's roster registrar's signature on it. We lost a player and had another one added, and my league was supposed to send me a copy of the new roster to reflect the changes. I emailed them, called them, and stopped by to try to see them, and nobody has been around nor has gotten back to me (thank you Republicans, for ensuring that social programs for youth athletics got gutted to the bone such that no officials have been available to help me). No roster means the kids don't play tomorrow, so I said "I'm a computer guy, I should be able to pull this off and make my OWN roster."

A little work with a .jpg scan, an Excel spreadsheet, some tricky copying and pasting to get the fonts perfect, adjust the lines and the margins right, and - voila! 12 names on a legit roster, ready to go for tomorrow bright and early - official signature present and accounted for. If I can't pass this off to the ref I will hang my head in shame as I walk off the field. When all else fails I can argue "It was like that when I got it!" with the best of them.
