Has anyone heard of the text of the 1st Amend. as a tattoo?
I Googled it to find an image of it, but did not see any. I just thought it would be a cool idea is all.

3. I once considered tattooing the text of Marbury v. Madison on my chest and back.
But I couldn't find a tattooist to accept the commission.
